How Long Should I Microwave My Warmer For?
Microwave for about one and one-half minutes depending on the power of your microwave and the size of the warmer. Increase or decrease the time by 30 seconds if needed. Adjust heating times according to your needs. It is possible to overheat and burn the corn and/or the cover. It is also possible to heat the warmer too much and burn your skin. Please be careful. Products filled with less corn will need less time to heat.
How Should I Place My Warmer in the Microwave?
Place the warmer in the middle of the microwave, on a microwave safe dish, folding as necessary in order to make sure that it does not touch any of the inner surfaces that may have food and/or grease residue.
Won't My Maine Warmer Pop in the Microwave?
Our products are filled with whole feed corn, not the popping kind!
How Long Should My Warmer Last?
Your warmer should last for years with normal use and care. The corn filling lasts for a long time retaining its form and mild popcorn-like smell. Because corn is an organic product we recommend either microwaving or freezing within six months of purchase to keep the corn free of any natural organisms.
Can I Use the Same Product For Both Hot and Cold Therapy?
Yes. Maine Warmers can be frozen and used as ice packs as well as heating pads. They are as gentle as they are versatile. Place in the freezer for a few hours then place on the affected area. A plastic bag may protect it from becoming soiled while in the freezer. Enjoy a gentle cold that isn't harsh like ice cubes - without the mess of melting ice. If you keep a Maine Warmer in the freezer all of the time you'll have instant relief for burns, bumps, & bruises.
Are Maine Warmers Washable?
All of our products have removable covers that may be machine washed and dried. A Velcro closure allows the cover to be removed and laundered and the filling to be removed if the lining ever needs washing.
Is There A Removable Lining?
Yes. There is an inside cotton cloth lining holding the filling. This provides an extra layer of fabric between your skin and the corn making the product more comfortable and to help retain the heat and cold longer.
Do Maine Warmers Have Any Fragrances Added?
No. Our corn filled heating pads do not contain any added fragrances.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United
States via our website. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment
within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may be
extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You will
receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and once it has been
processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Once your order has
been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days
depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not
guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers,
weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your
location, package weight, and shipping method. Rates are provided by our
shipping partners (USPS and UPS) and will be displayed before you complete your
purchase.
Express/Expedited Shipping
Express or expedited shipping may be available for urgent

expedited processing and shipping is possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number
to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged,
please contact us immediately at hello@mainewarmers.com
or 207.883.2322. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the
issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials if your
item arrives damaged, as they may be required to file a claim with the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you
know when the item will be back in stock, if known, and/or will offer
substitution options. Please be sure to
provide good contact information, email and phone, when placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and
accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please
