Foot Warmers bring comforting warmth to painfully cold feet. It’s difficult to sleep when feet are freezing cold. Microwave these Foot Warmers for fast relief. They are designed for a loose fit to promote better circulation.

How to heat

The packet of whole corn filling in each warmer can be removed and heated in the microwave, or both Foot Warmers (booties and all) can be placed in the microwave. Make sure the foot warmers do not touch the inside walls of the microwave.

After heating for about 45 seconds on full power, they should stay warm about 45 minutes. Microwave ovens vary in output, therefore we recommend finding the right heating time for your comfort. Add heating time by about 15 second intervals.

Note on Foot Care for those with Diabetes

We also recommend our Extra Large Back Warmer as a foot warming pad.  Put your cold feet on top (as shown in the photo above), or underneath, or place this versatile heating pad at the foot of your bed for penetrating warmth and relaxation.
