Reusable Hand Warmers are especially helpful for people who have arthritic hands or Raynaud’s Syndrome and for people who live or work in cold temperatures. These microwave hand warmers provide instant heat and relief that can’t be beat.

The two inside packets of corn, included with the mittens, are covered with soft, removable, washable covers.

These packets can easily be taken out of the mittens and used as small heat or ice packs. They will help ease sinus headaches, ear aches, pain associated with TMJ, or other body aches that need heat or cold therapy. When frozen, they provide soft, gentle cold for the face and other sensitive areas. The gentle “ice” reduces swelling and pain and is especially helpful for someone who has just had wisdom teeth extracted. Length of heating time is dependent on different levels of microwave power and your desired temperature. We suggest starting with 45 seconds for the two mitts and increasing the heating time according to your comfort level. For people with poor circulation we recommend testing them first to make sure they are not too hot. These microwave mitts were designed to be used inside but may be used outside, too.
