Whale extra large microwave heating pad can be placed on your back to relax stiff muscles and improve flexibility. It can be slipped between the sheets to pre-warm a bed in the winter, or take it to bed with you to help you relax and go to sleep. This is one of our largest Back Warmers, and like all of our products, these unscented corn-filled microwave heating pads can be used to warm hands and feet.

Like all of our products, the Whales are washable, portable, and safe. Made in Maine with US made fabrics, this whale provides a lasting value.

Heat this warmer in the microwave, or skip the corn and just use the cover over a standard size hot water bottle.  The cozy cover can be purchased without a corn insert.  (Hot water bottle not included).
